JULIAN KIM has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets and fixed income (sales, trading, derivatives, structuring).
He is the former Chairman/Chief Country Officer/Managing Director of all Deutsche Bank group activities in Korea. Previously, he also held senior executive positions at Lehman Brothers (Hong Kong and London), Lazard (London) and Manufacturers Hanover, now merged with JP Morgan (London and New York).
In subsequent years, he served as the CEO of a lithium mining project in Northern Argentina, the CFO/VP of a biotech company in Korea and wrote an award-winning historical fantasy novel published in Singapore and Korea.
Julian holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado (Boulder).


Stefan Dorfmeister – Advisor (Vienna)

STEFAN DORFMEISTER is a proven 30 year financier and entrepreneur with vast buy/sell-side experience in a wide spectrum of financial products and asset classes.
His experience covers a wide variety of financial products and asset classes including Credit, Commodities, Public Equities, Private Equity and Asset Management.
He is a former Managing Director of Goldman Sachs (Singapore) and previously served as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch (Hong Kong and London) and VP at JP Morgan (New York).
For several years, he also served as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance at the National University of Singapore.
Stefan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Doctorate/PhD in Economics and Business Administration from Vienna University.

Thomas Shin – Director (Seoul)

THOMAS SHIN has more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience both in the U.S. and Korea. He has advised numerous top Korean chaebols and foreign multinational corporations.
Tom was the Head/Partner of Bain & Company‘s Korea office and served as the country head for almost a decade. Prior to Bain, he was the Founder and Head of A.T. Kearney‘s Korea office.
Currently, he serves as the leader of Bain’s Organization practice in Korea and is a member of Bain’s Results Delivery global steering committee.
Tom is an expert in global Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Chemicals, Energy & Natural Resources and Infrastructure/Construction/Building practices. He has advised clients in a broad range of industries, including telecoms, electronics, healthcare, consumer products and industrial goods & services.
Tom holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Economics from Columbia University.

Remy Klammers – Advisor (Singapore)

REMY KLAMMERS has spent a career in leadership roles at global investment banks pioneering structured products and trading risk across the international markets.
He is currently the CEO of Namara Wealth Advisors in Singapore, an institutional grade financial services company specializing in sophisticated cross-asset investment platforms, structured wealth management, real estate acquisition and customized investment solutions.
Remy is a former Partner/Managing Director of Goldman Sachs where, at the age of 34, he led the firm’s trading operations in Tokyo and London. He later joined Lehman Brothers in Tokyo as Managing Director and then Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as the Global Head of Fixed Income. He started his banking career at BNP Paribas.
Remy holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London and an Engineering Degree from Ecole Centrale-Supelec in France.


Patrick Han – Director (Seoul)

PATRICK HAN has had a career in capital markets focusing on Asia and Emerging/Frontier Markets for more than 25 years, serving in London, Dubai, Singapore and now in Seoul.
Patrick is the former Head of International FIG in Singapore for the Maybank Group, the largest financial platform in Southeast Asia. There, he managed large-scale transactions across M&A, project finance, private equity and corporate banking.
In his 16 years in London, Patrick held senior roles at JP Morgan, RBS and CGS-CIMB.
Due to his unique track record across North Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Patrick has exceptional access to a network of governments, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and conglomerates across geographies.
Patrick graduated with a B.A. degree from Yonsei University.


Han M. Yong – Partner (Singapore)

HAN M. YONG has over 30 years of experience in financial and commercial roles in Asia and New Zealand.
He was involved with AWN Holdings (a certified B Corporation investment holding company formerly listed on ASX) from 2014 to 2024 in some of its operating enterprises including renewable solar energy where he was employee no. 2 for VivoPower (Nasdaq:VVPR), a start-up founded in August 2014 which subsequently got listed on Nasdaq in December 2016. Han was VivoPower’s Director for Asia, exploring solar projects in Southeast Asia.
Previously, he held roles in the media and entertainment sectors as CFO (Asia) for Paramount; Finance Director/ CFO and Regional Client Finance Director with two global advertising agencies belonging to IPG.
In earlier years, he served as Accountant/Finance Manager/Financial Controller, for Multiplex Brookfields in New Zealand & Singapore; and for Heritage Hotel in New Zealand.
Han holds a Bachelor of Commence from the University of Auckland.

Chia Yew Boon – Advisor (Singapore)

CHIA YEW BOON is a 40-year veteran in alternative investments, sovereign wealth fund management, blockchain investments, investment banking, education and government.
Formerly, he served as a SVP of Singapore GIC and Director of Singapore Economic Development Board.
Yew Boon is currently the CEO of Moreton Catalyst, a Singaporean-Australian JV advisory firm specializing in alternative investments and with close ties to several family offices.
As advisor and investor, he is involved with Helicap, a fintech with a top-performing credit portfolio, and Rosemoor Capital, a NY and London-based blockchain VC investment manager. As member of the board, he is currently serving in a SGX-listed real estate investment trust and a HK-listed energy systems integrator.
Yew Boon holds a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from École Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Strasbourg, France.

Jonathan Paul – Advisor (Dubai)

JONATHAN PAUL is a highly experienced veteran of the investment banking industry, with more than 25 years of service in various senior executive positions. His leadership roles have included, Global Head of Financial Markets at Standard Chartered Bank and Chairman of Global Markets Asia/Head of Corporate Finance Asia/Global Co-Head of Institutional Client Group at Deutsche Bank, where he was a Member of the Global Markets and Global Banking Management Committees. Previous to these, he also held executive sales positions in the Fixed Income divisions of Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers. During his extensive career, Jonathan was stationed in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.
At present, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Adatos.AI, a company that builds and deploys artificial intelligence solutions using deep learning, with a focus on using advanced neural networks to read satellite data for precision agriculture.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Bath.

Michael Yap – Advisor (Singapore)

MICHAEL YAP has more than 25 years of experience as an international consultant and accountant specializing in MNC’s, international and national oil companies, as well as startups and new ventures in the energy industry.
Having joined PwC Singapore in 1997, he was stationed in the US, Australia, Hong Kong and Thailand and was a Partner with PwC China.
In his career, he assisted many industry giants in transforming from oil & gas to energy players. These included developing low carbon energies, unconventional deposits, carbon reduction, as well as ESG reporting. He has extensive on-site project experience in Africa, Asia, North/South America, Australia and has a deep appreciation of the energy transformation challenges faced by global energy markets.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and is a qualified Australian Chartered Accountant.


Nicholas Teo – Advisor (Singapore)

NICHOLAS TEO has 27 years of legal experience, being called to Bar of England and Wales in 1996 and Bar of Singapore in 1997. He practiced as a civil and commercial litigator for four years before commencing corporate law practice in 2002.
Nicholas’ core practice areas are in the legal advisory of M&A, Statutory/Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Contract Law, Company Law, Employment and Industrial Disputes, Landlord and Tenant, Charities, Management Corporations and Insolvency. In the Drafting of contracts and legal documents, Nicholas specializes in JV’s and Investments, Employment, Media, Leases, Franchise, Partnership/Shareholder Agreements, Equity/Asset Sale and Purchase Agreements.
Nicholas is a Senior Consultant at Kelvin Chia Partnership in Singapore, where he has practiced law since 2000.
He holds an LLB, Law, from Leicester University.

John Chang – Advisor (Hong Kong)

JOHN CHANG is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Access Ventures LLC. Prior to co-founding the company in 2017, John spent 25 years in international finance participating and overseeing the expansion of global investment banks in Asia Pacific region. Prior to Access, he was APAC Co-Head of Equities and Head of Distribution for Barclays Capital Asia Limited. In this role, he was responsible for the management and strategic development of the firm’s research, sales and trading divisions for the investment bank in the APAC region. also served on the Global Equities Executive Committee and was the Chairman for Barclays Capital Taiwan Limited. Before that, John was the Country Head for Barclays Capital Korea Ltd and was also responsible for establishing the Korea operations. Prior to Barclays, John was the CEO of Deutsche Securities Korea and also the head of their Korean Equities business.
John was born in Seoul, South Korea but was raised in the US and Canada from the age of four. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University.
